The After-hours Health Care Network provides after-hours health
care that costs less for qualifying patients.
Reduced charges are available to those considered most at risk
including children under six years, adults 65 years and older and
low income individuals and families. Lower after-hours charges
apply 6pm-8am weekdays, all weekend and on public holidays.
The After-hours Health Care Network has centres throughout Auckland
and all of them are open until at least 10pm. Four of the centres
also offer extended 24-hour services. Click here to view >>
WHAT TO DO
If you or family member are unwell at night, during the weekend or
on a public holiday call your doctor first. They will be able to
advise or direct you to the nearest accident and medical centre
that is a member of the After-hours Health Care Network. Also you
can visit any of the network clinics listed here.
BRING YOUR CARD
If you are a patient with a Community Services Card or a High User
Health Card bring it along to prove eligibility.
